1. Truman’s Little White House – Presidents Harry S. Truman’s presidential retreat. The Camp David of its time, Truman vacationed here as President from 1946-1952. During World War II and the Korean War the command post for the Commander in Chief was on our little Island.
2. Hog’s Breath Saloon – for a famous T-Shirt, the best cocktails and the Best Live Music on the Island ….Sloppy Joe’s Bar – This famous Hemingway hang out was originally where Captain Tony’s is today. Captain Tony’s Bar (on Green St.) was once the Island’s mortuary and the tree you see growing up through the center was the Island’s hanging tree.
3. Southernmost Point in the Continental USA – Standing here you are closer to Cuba
than mainland Florida. An excellent photo opportunity! Located at Whitehead St. and
South St. A Key West must see!
4. Key West Cemetery – One of two above ground cemeteries in the US. (the other is in
