Hi All Guests!!!
We are holding a block for our wedding weekend at the Duval Inn! Please ask for the Paquette/Richardson Room block. Our block has been secured for our wedding date of January 9-12, 2011, however should you want to arrive prior to those dates or stay later ask for our wedding rate. If our rate is not available based on your date of arrival or departure please ask them for the best available discounted rate. (RATES ARE $129.00+ VERY REASONABLE)
The following are room’s we are currently holding:
Hibiscus, Caroline & Lauren located in the main building, (3) rooms in the Bungalow Building (Seahorse, Dolphin & Shell) and 4 in the cottage building for a minimum three (3) night stay. We will add more to the block as these rooms are reserved. They will require one night’s room and tax at the time of booking and will charge your credit card 30 days prior to arrival in full for your room and tax.
Please book rooms by August 1, 2009 to reserve these great rates. After August 1st should there still be plenty of availability in the Inn they will extend these rates.

A 2nd Hotel (below) where a block of rooms existing that would be IDEAL for a sharing scenario -- Many of these rooms have two double beds and are very nice...it is a great scenario for sharing cost with another couple!

A block of rooms has been reserved at a discounted rate. Rates vary by room type. Your reservation must be made within 60 days of the wedding or the discounted rate will no longer be available.

You will need to mention the following code T&E11 to receive this special rate.
SM = Southernmost Hotel
SMOB = Southernmost on the Beach
Rates are as follows:
- BOQ- new guestrooms with balcony and partial ocean view & 2 queen beds, SMOB - $258 on the weekdays and $306 on the weekends.
- Deluxe Rooms at the Southernmost Hotel from Sunday through Thursday will be offered at a rate of $191 per night plus 12.5%. This rate is not available over the weekends.
Guests wishing to stay at Southernmost Hotel, Southernmost on the Beach or LaMer & Dewey Guest Houses get 4% off any room type above the deluxe level, regardless if it is in the room block.
**All rates provided based on double occupancy (two guests per room), there will be an extra person charge for additional guests in the room (see below). The maximum number of guests for a room with one bed would be two. The maximum number of guests in a room with two beds would be four with the extra person charges applied. Children under 18 years travel for free but are still counted in the general occupancy, children under 4 years may be added to any room except at LaMer Hotel or Dewey House (adult exclusive properties). Guests wishing to upgrade at either SM or SMOB receive same type of discount off current rates.
Deposit Requirements: The first nights stay plus tax is due at the time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Misc. Items: Room Tax 12.5% Extra Person Charge: $15.00 plus tax Minimum stay requirements on weekends may apply
Cancellation Policy: Notice is required 10 days prior to arrival at Southernmost Hotel, and 10 days prior to arrival at Southernmost on the Beach, LaMer Hotel and Dewey House. Any cancellations made with-in the cancellation policies will face loss of deposit.

Rental Houses – unfortunately, the pricing is very much based on arrival and departure dates, so the best thing to do would be to send these as options out to guests as your suggested places of stay and they can take it from there. They all rent for about the same based on length of stay. Because it is a holiday weekend pricing will not be on the “average.” These are some of my favorites.
